Privacy policy

This policy describes how BC Ad Space collects and uses information when you visit bcadspace.com, create an operator account, or submit a public rent/lead form.

Information we collect

Account data (name, email, organization), inventory and rental content you enter, billing identifiers from Stripe (never full card numbers stored by us), public lead form fields (name, email, phone, message), technical logs (IP, user agent) for security and fraud prevention, and optional traffic snapshots you verify on placements.

How we use information

To provide the SaaS, process subscriptions and Connect rentals, operate public landings and rent pipelines, send transactional email (holds, payments, invites), improve reliability, and comply with law.

Sharing

We use processors such as Stripe for payments and may exchange short-link and agent-related data with BCITiny under separate product boundaries (no shared database). We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain data while accounts are active and as needed for legal and accounting purposes. Access controls, CSRF protection, password hashing, and tenant-scoped queries are part of the application baseline. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.

Your choices

Operators can update profile and inventory data in-product. Contact BusConnIT to request account closure or correction subject to legal retention needs.
