BC AdSpace

Terms of service

Last updated: October 25, 2026. Operated by Business Connections IT (“BusConnIT,” “we,” “us”).

These terms govern access to BC Ad Space (bcadspace.com), a software service for outdoor advertising operators. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and organizations

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. Each operator organization is responsible for its users, inventory data, rental contracts, and Stripe Connect configuration.

Subscriptions and payments

Platform SaaS fees are charged by BusConnIT according to the live package catalog. Advertiser rental payments are processed to the operator’s connected Stripe account when Connect is enabled. Package and rental amounts are not hard-coded in software; they are configured by authorized parties in the product.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, probe other tenants’ data, interfere with security, or use the platform for unlawful advertising. We may suspend accounts that threaten platform integrity or violate law.

Integrations

Short URLs, QR trackers, and sales agents may rely on BCITiny (bcitiny.com). Third-party services (including Stripe and traffic data providers) have their own terms. Outages of partners do not delete your local Ad Space records, but may delay features that depend on those APIs.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, BusConnIT disclaims warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Traffic statistics (including AADT) are informational and are not a guarantee of advertising impressions.
